Coaching for Individuals
We deliver coaching that helps people understand their strengths, build emotional regulation and develop the clarity they need to move forward with confidence. Our approach is centred on you; your goals, your context and the realities you’re navigating.
Our coaching draws on core psychological principles, lived experience, and proven holistic methodologies. This creates a calm, structured space where people can explore challenges, build capability, and make sustainable changes that matter to them.
We’ve supported clients in a wide range of settings from multinational boardrooms to probation services, from virtual sessions at home to conversations in community spaces. Wherever we work, our focus is the same: helping people grow in ways that are authentic, practical, and grounded in real‑world experience.
Our coaching is attentive, strengths‑based, and transformative. It meets people where they are and supports them to move forward with purpose.

Coaching for teams
Neurocraft provides employment, coaching, and accessibility support across the UK for organisations who want to strengthen performance, retention and wellbeing in a sustainable, human‑centred way.
Our work combines psychologically informed coaching with practical employment expertise. Whether delivered face‑to‑face or online, we help people develop the clarity, confidence and regulation they need to thrive at work; which directly benefits the teams and organisations they’re part of.
We also carry out detailed workplace assessments to ensure employees have the right tools, adjustments, and environments to excel. This reduces absence, improves productivity and supports long‑term retention.
Our approach is attentive, detailed, and holistic. We meet people where they are, understand the barriers they face and work with them and their employers to create conditions where everyone can succeed.

Training for all
We deliver accessible, engaging, and psychologically informed training across the UK for organisations who want to strengthen inclusion, confidence, and capability within their teams.
Whether delivered face‑to‑face or online, our training is calm, structured, and grounded in real‑world experience. We help staff build the understanding, communication skills, and practical strategies they need to work effectively with diverse colleagues and service users.
We offer high‑quality sessions in disability and Neurodivergence awareness, core employability skills, and dementia awareness drawing on over 40 years of combined experience across our team. Each session is designed to be clear, respectful and immediately useful in day‑to‑day practice.
We also work with organisations to design bespoke training packages that target specific needs. This ensures teams receive the tools, adjustments, and knowledge required to excel in their roles, improving confidence, retention, and overall wellbeing.
Our training is attentive, detailed, and holistic — creating learning environments where people feel safe, respected, and able to grow.

About Neuro craft.
I’m Gareth Snaith, the founder of Neurocraft (formerly Wilde‑craft).
I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Institute for Employability professionals (MIEP)
I work authentically, responsibly and with honesty that is delivered compassionately.
My career has always centred on people facing significant societal barriers. Over time, I realised I wanted to work in a way that was more direct, more principled, and more aligned with my ethics. Neurocraft reflects that commitment to responsibility, to people, to natural systems and to the wider world. My environmental and ethical choices aren’t branding; they’re part of how I make decisions and how I show up for and with you.
Neurocraft is built on bold, responsible thinking, the steady, regulated courage to challenge outdated norms and harmful assumptions. Our work is intentionally challenging; we don’t tell people who to be or what to do. Instead, we do create space for autonomy, dignity and shared power.
Alongside this sits a belief in aspirational growth. Not motivational fluff but a psychologically grounded belief in human potential. I hold myself to the same standard of continuous learning and evolution that I encourage in others.
Everything I do is delivered with gravitas, growing depth, credibility and substance. I don’t chase trends or quick fixes. I build frameworks that last, grounded in real expertise and lived experience.
Today, I work alongside a talented team and exceptional partners, supporting individuals and organisations across the UK.
The focus is simple: to make things easier, fairer, and more accessible for people who have spent too long navigating systems and a society that is not designed for them.
I have experience working with directors of multi-national companies, executive leadership teams and senior civil servants, doctors and university lecturers. I’ve worked one to one transforming the prospects of people who have just left prison and people who have spent decades unemployed.
The context changes, but the work is the same: meeting people with honesty, compassion and the belief that growth is always possible.
If you’d like to talk about how we can work together, I’m always open to a conversation.
