Coaching (Organisational)

We work with partner organisations to deliver organisation wide coaching.

Our provision is strength focussed, building on core psychological concepts and principles alongside proven coaching methodologies.

Coaching improves overall wellbeing, confidence, problem solving, focus and can prepare people for new roles within an organisation.

We’ve delivered exceptionally reviewed coaching to people everywhere from multi-national boardrooms to probation offices, from bedrooms (virtually!) to beachfront cafes. Our experience includes delivering in forensic, secure environments, confidential multi-national executive programmes and life coaching for cohorts of vulnerable clients.

Quantifiable outcomes include standard distance travelled measurements, return to work, clear work related KPIs and narrative measures like becoming work ready. All outcomes can be measured and quantified if contract requirements demand it.

Employment

We deliver employment and accessibility support across the UK to individuals and organisations.

Whether face to face or virtual our team have the skills, passion and knowledge to help jobseekers gain the skills they need to access sustainable, quality worthwhile employment. This takes the form of group and one to one interventions providing key, practical support, advice and information. We also visit workplaces to conduct workplace assessments helping people to get the kit they need to excel at their roles. This improves performance, retention and wellbeing. We produce detailed, easily understandable reports with comprehensive methodology, explanations and quotes to ensure quality solutions to accessibility challenges.

Training

Accessible, enjoyable and informative training is a core element of our business.

With over 40 years combined experience across our team. We deliver training in disability awareness, core employability skills and dementia awareness across the country.

We can deliver training one to one, in groups or across organisations. The medium is flexible too and can be delivered virtually, personally or a hybrid of both.

Our training is fully customisable and we’re always happy to work with organisations to develop bespoke offers that target specific needs.
