About Neuro craft

I am Gareth Snaith, the founder of Neuro craft (Formally Wilde-craft).

In 2023 I received an adult diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder having spent 4 years on the waiting list. I was delighted (not with the wait) but with the confirmation of something I had long suspected. I understand the impact of late stage diagnosis and the challenges of years of masking. The frustration, mis-steps and the sense of something not quite fitting into place as it might seem to for others. I understand what it’s like because I’ve been through it.

I’d spent almost my entire career working with people who were facing significant societal challenges. I decided to do something directly. So, in 2023 I began work on Wilde-craft in earnest. I’m delighted to be able to work with a talented Wilde-craft team and an array of external partners. I’m proud of every single person and team we’ve worked with.

In building Wilde-craft I wanted to bring all my skills, knowledge and ability to the fore, working with and for people with Neurodiversities, disabilities and health conditions. I want to change the world for people with disabilities. I want to make things easier and better for us. I want to unlock and free all of our dreams, strengths and untapped opportunities.
